What Can Be Returned?

Custom or personalized items (like laser-engraved products) can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.

How to Return

  2. Get Approval: We’ll review your request and send you return instructions.
  3. Ship It Back: You’ll cover return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made a mistake. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If the item isn’t in its original condition, we might issue a partial refund.

Exchanges If your item is defective or damaged, we’re happy to replace it with the same product. Contact us to start the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items Let us know within 7 days if your item arrives damaged or defective. We may ask for photos to speed things up, and we’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
